N&H Enterprises is Formed

Harris Davis, Sr. completes his military service, and together with his wife, forms Nancy & Harris Enterprises.

First affordable property

N&H Enterprises manages Ipock Place, its first affordable community.

N&H Enterprises is renamed to NHE, Inc.

The company also moves is headquarters to Greenville, SC.

First Conventional Property

NHE manages Anchor Pointe, its first conventional property.

NHE opens the Service Coordination division
